Welcome to Celltell The Cell Phone Directory. Celltell is the world's first online directory for cell phone numbers. We are dedicated to providing a fast, reliable, and secure place for cell phone users to get listed or look up their associates, friends, or family members.

Do I have to list my number? NO, Celltell is an opt in directory. Opt in means if you do not sign up your number is not listed.

Will Celltell release my number to third parties? NO, Celltell will not under any circumstances release its phone numbers to a third party.

Can I remove my number? YES, at anytime you may remove your number from the directory.

Can I change my number? YES, you may change your number one time within 365 days.

Can I list more than one number? YES, however there is a fee for each number.

Can I get a refund? NO, since there is such a minimal cost for listing there will be no refunds. However, Celltell will make every attempt to satisfy you.

What are security questions? Security questions are questions that you set in order to limit access to who can view your number. The more private the question, the more limited the access. The following are some examples of questions:

1. Low Security: what kind of car do I drive, what college did I attend, what high school did I attend, where do I work, what is my email address, what is my favorite football team?
2. High Security: what is my mother's maiden name, what is my middle name, what is my spouse's maiden name, what is my favorite color, what city do my parents live in.
3. To prevent the system from automatically displaying your number, provide an easy security question. For example, what is my first name?

Can I change my security question? YES, you may change the security question by contacting Celltell and submitting your password that you provided when listing.

What happens if I move? You may contact us to make any necessary changes to your information.

What if I reside in another country? We are in Phase 1 of our launch cycle. We will add fields to the get listed form to accommodate users from other countries very soon. If you do live in another country, please fill out the get listed form with whatever you can and then contact us to update it for free.

How do I pay for the service? Users must pay using Amazon Payments to use our service.
