User Agreement

Welcome to Celltell - The Telephone Directory. By using Celltell you agree to the following terms and conditions with Celltell LLC.

This agreement is effective as of June 12, 2009.

Before becoming a listed member of Celltell you must read and accept all of the terms in this User Agreement. By accepting the terms of this user agreement, you agree that the terms will apply whenever you use services provided by Celltell LLC. By listing your number with Celltell LLC’s directory your are agreeing to the terms in this User Agreement.

Celltell will not rent or sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We use your information only to contact you ourselves or to list your number in the database according to your security designation.

While using Celltell - The Telephone Directory you will not: list any number for which you are not the owner, list any number that is not a valid cellular phone number, list any name that is not a valid name, use these services if you are under age 18 without parental consent, circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, interfere with another member’s listing, copy modify or distribute rights, content, or trademarks belonging to Celltell LLC.

Celltell has the right to suspend, block or otherwise prevent users from using the services if they are deemed to be misusing the services or a potential threat to other users or the service itself. Celltell has the right to and may need to suspend the services for technical reasons. Celltell has made every attempt to keep our database safe from hackers. We have taken the necessary security precautions. If our database experiences a breach, we will notify users at once. Celltell accepts no responsibility if our database is hacked. The user understands that Celltell will not be held liable in the event the database is hacked. The user also understands Kelson Prime LLC will not be responsible if our database is hacked.

There is a cost for listing your number with Celltell. The cost is $1.19 US dollars for each number listed. There are no refunds for listing numbers. All sales are final. Payment for our services will be made through Amazon. The user understands that when they pay for the services at Amazon, Amazon will debit their account accordingly. Celltell does not have access to any users credit card information. Celltell will not be responsible for any problems arising from using Amazon’s payment services. Any problems with payment may result in having the users number removed. All users may search Celltell free of charge. Celltell LLC may change the fee structure when it deems it necessary. If rates are changed it will only affect new listings.

If at anytime Celltell changes ownership for the reason of being bought by another company the user will be notified. At that time, the user will have the option of opting out and having their number removed from the database should the terms of use become unfavorable to the user.
